Naans Moringa Cheese

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 300g of flour
  • 1 natural yoghurt
  • 6 ounces of hot water
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 10 grs of yeast
  • 12 servings of cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of ”Miasecrets”moringa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of tomatos paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 of chili pepper
    • Mix the flour and baking powder and add salt, powdered moringa leaf, the oil and hot water. Triturate long way to get a nice smooth paste.

      Divide into 8 slices, spread the pieces and let stand for ten minutes.

      During that time prepare the filling. Finely chop the garlic and chilly pepper (as desired) and add the cheese. Slice the peppers and sauté a few minutes made​​.       In a frying pan and a little oil, cook 4 minutes on each side and serve with a salad.
